What is your responsibility in the office? I manage a group of designers responsible for creating and editing CAD drawings for our projects.

What motivates you? As a recently made father, I must say my family. Having a child has profoundly changed my life. My wife and I are a great team. She knows what to say to motivate me (whether I like it or not…). I am also very proud of this company. Most of our employees have been here for a very long time and the amount of sweat equity put into building it all is invaluable.
What are your hobbies? I love playing sports. Golf is my main squeeze now; I used to do more but I’m getting old! I enjoy reading, mostly non-fiction, but I’ve been trying to get into more cultural and philosophical topics recently.
What is your background/schooling? I initially went to The Catholic University of America to pursue a mechanical engineering degree. I was also recruited to play baseball there.
